    Outstanding Ferrari

The 250 series of Ferraris are renowned for being iconic and highly coveted, thanks in large part to their exceptional Colombo V12 engines. The 250 GTE, Ferrari’s inaugural production four-seater, is no exception. Not only does it boast superb mechanics, but it also features a sleek design by Pininfarina. The initial version, known as the 250 GTE 2+2 Series I, was limited to just 299 units, making it an exceedingly rare GTE model.

This gorgeous Ferrari 250 GTE 2+2 Series I from Schaltkulisse (€375k) was finalized in May 1961 and shipped a month later to Ferrari Hollywood in the USA. It sported a Nero 10036 MM exterior and a Grigio VM 3230 Connolly leather interior. While it has undergone a few repaints in its history, it currently showcases a black exterior and tobacco leather interior.

Currently situated in Munich, the car has undergone recent restoration work performed by the official Ferrari dealer, Saggio, in Munich. It retains its original matching numbers engine and showcases excellent body and paint condition, running smoothly. This 1960s Pininfarina Ferrari is perfect for long journeys at a fraction of the price of a 250 Lusso, offering ample seating for the whole family.
