Tetra Hotel In Silicon Valley Is An Autograph Collection Hotel

TETRA Hotel, part of the Autograph Collection Hotels, made its debut in March 2022 as the latest addition to the hotel scene in Silicon Valley. Situated just a short distance from the San Jose International Airport, TETRA aims to blend luxury accommodations and dining, offering a design-conscious lifestyle hotel that harmonizes the four key elements of Silicon Valley: work, life, technology, and nature.

The name “TETRA,” derived from Greek meaning four, serves as the central theme of the project, symbolizing the convergence of work, life, tech, and nature in the area.

Located in Sunnyvale, CA, the hotel boasts 186 well-appointed guest rooms and suites and boasts a variety of dining and drinking establishments, such as the signature restaurant, Adrestia, the Japanese whisky bar Nokori, and the Coffee Manufactory. The hotel serves as a sanctuary in Silicon Valley, seamlessly blending all four elements to offer guests a new level of understated luxury. Renowned designer Gabellini Sheppard has infused natural materials, modern finishes, and technological advancements to create an immersive and welcoming environment.

General manager Mike Lerman describes TETRA as a place where guests can momentarily disconnect from their daily routines and reconnect with what truly matters in the heart of Silicon Valley.

Accommodations at TETRA range from 220 sq. ft. to the expansive 890 sq. ft. Hospitality Suite, providing sweeping views of the valley. Each room is equipped with luxurious bathroom amenities from MiN NY, Dyson Supersonic hair dryers, Bellino Fine Linen jersey knit hooded robes, and custom jersey knit slippers. Additionally, the hotel’s 14 suites come furnished with Theragun Massage Guns. The property features an outdoor, heated pool surrounded by olive trees and a state-of-the-art fitness center equipped with Peloton bikes. Guests can also enjoy the outdoor communal space shared with its sister property, AC Hotel Sunnyvale Moffett Park.

Dining options at TETRA include Adrestia, where Executive Chef Hideki Myo showcases an eclectic California menu with Asian influences and Japanese ingredients. Nokori, the hotel’s Japanese whisky bar, features an extensive collection of Japanese Whisky, along with a selection of bar snacks like Pork Belly Kakuni Bao Buns and Crispy Sesame Shrimp. The bar also houses an innovative Suntory highball machine that dispenses perfectly chilled and carbonated highballs. Coffee Manufactory, the hotel’s cafe and retail experience, offers premium coffee and a variety of grab-and-go items, including pastries, salads, and Japanese sandos by Chef Myo.

TETRA Hotel takes pride in its strong ties to the local community, offering a Discovery Series that caters to both guests and locals. Through partnerships with Content Magazine, the hotel hosts wine tastings, artist talks, fireside chats, and podcast recordings featuring prominent South Bay personalities. Guests can also partake in Yoga & Whisky Wednesdays, emphasizing a blend of food, beverages, mindfulness, and movement.

Experience a rejuvenating escape in Silicon Valley at this thoughtfully designed hotel in Sunnyvale that prioritizes your overall well-being.
