The Two-Bedroom Presidential Villas, at 2,372 sq. ft., offer the largest accommodations with panoramic views of the Santa Cruz Mountains and contemporary luxurious residential-style amenities. These villas include a spacious living area with a fireplace, a powder room, a pantry, private terraces, and lawns, accommodating up to five guests with two full baths. Other amenities include a sunken tub, rain shower, unique local art pieces, a gas-log fireplace, and a private rear terrace, providing a serene view of the Santa Cruz Mountains for a tranquil escape.

Madera, known for its refined dishes honoring the culinary heritage of the Bay Area, earned its one-star Michelin rating in 2011. The restaurant’s menu, predominantly cooked on a wood-burning grill, features signature dishes like the Root Down Farms ‘Freedom Ranger’ Roasted Chicken, complemented by Nantes Carrots, Pomme Purée, and a Chilled Pea Salad. Apart from Madera, Rosewood Sand Hill’s dining options also include The Bar & Library, serving light bites and seasonal cocktails overlooking the pool, and the new Poolside Dining, curated by Chef Ravi Kapur of Liholiho Yacht Club.

The resort is home to Sense, A Rosewood Spa, one of the most sought-after spas in the area. With a spacious 17,000 sq. ft. facility, the spa includes Alex Chases Salon, a well-equipped fitness center, and separate his and hers locker rooms. Guests are welcomed into a soothing environment that promotes physical and mental well-being. Offering a variety of massages, manicures, pedicures, and facials, guests are treated to exceptional service and attention to detail in this serene setting.
