# Martha Stewart Opens Her First Restaurant The Bedford In Paris, Las Vegas
Martha Stewart has recently launched her inaugural restaurant, The Bedford, at Paris Las Vegas. Guests can now make reservations online for this immersive dining experience. The restaurant boasts a distinctive and intimate ambiance, complemented by a menu that reflects Martha Stewart’s culinary influences.
“The opening of The Bedford by Martha Stewart further establishes Paris Las Vegas as a must-visit culinary destination,” stated Jason Gregorec, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Paris Las Vegas. He added, “Martha Stewart and Marquee Brands are renowned in the hospitality industry for inspiring and attracting fans worldwide. We are honored to partner with such exceptional collaborators.”
Crafted by Martha and her team of experts, The Bedford’s menu draws inspiration from French cuisine and features dishes made with locally sourced, fresh ingredients. The menu showcases some of Stewart’s favorite recipes, offering guests an authentic dining experience reminiscent of her renowned country farmhouse.
Some signature dishes at The Bedford include the Classic Niçoise Salad, Oysters Rockefeller, Whole Roast Herb Chicken, Martha’s Smashed Baked Potato, and Upside-Down Lemon Meringue Pie.
Excited about the launch, Martha Stewart shared, “I am thrilled to introduce The Bedford at Paris Las Vegas, my very first restaurant. We have dedicated significant effort to bring the essence of my Bedford farmhouse in New York to life in Las Vegas. I believe visitors will be captivated by our creation. These are the same dishes that I enjoy serving to my family and friends.”
The restaurant also features a selection of signature cocktails such as the Martha-tini and Frozen Pomegranate Martha-rita, as well as Martha’s Chard, a California chardonnay from 19 Crimes.
Designed by Martha Stewart herself, the 194-seat dining establishment provides guests with a genuine insight into Martha’s lifestyle and entertaining style at her personal residence. The decor at The Bedford draws inspiration from her 1925 country farmhouse and features elements like a replica of her brown faux-bois dining room and a kitchen equipped with white marble counters, stainless steel appliances, and gray wood cabinets. The kitchen area is adorned with copper pans from the MARTHA by Martha Stewart collection.
The Bedford by Martha Stewart at Paris Las Vegas serves dinner from 5 to 10:30 p.m. daily and is conveniently located near Nobu at Paris Las Vegas and across from Bobby’s Burgers by Bobby Flay.
