Sandals Dunn’s River– scheduled opening: May 24, 2023
Sandals Dunn’s River is a reimagined version of the former Jewel Dunn’s River resort, featuring 260 meticulously designed new rooms. This all-inclusive resort will introduce Jamaica’s first SkyPool Suites, along with unique Coyaba Sky Rondoval Villas boasting private soaking tubs, an oversized swim-up pool, and an open-air terrace. The property will offer 12 dining venues, including 10 new additions to the brand, a PADI-certified dive operation, and five pools, including two river pools and Jamaica’s largest pool. Guests can also enjoy complimentary exchange privileges with the nearby Sandals Ochi, just six miles away.
Six Senses La Sagesse – scheduled opening: Late 2023
Situated on 28 acres at the southern tip of Grenada, Six Senses La Sagesse will be the first Caribbean resort by Six Senses. This waterfront resort is designed to resemble a charming Caribbean village, offering guests a diverse range of restaurants and bars, as well as a Six Senses Spa accessible only by gondola. For those interested in owning a piece of Caribbean paradise, private Three and Four-bedroom Six Senses villa residences are nestled on the hillside.
Mexico
Banyan Tree Valle de Guadalupe Resort, Spa and Winery – scheduled opening: October 2023
Debuting during the 2023 harvest season in Valle de Guadalupe, Mexico, Banyan Tree Valle de Guadalupe Resort, Spa, and Winery are located just 90 minutes south of the U.S. border. This ultra-luxurious resort with 31 villas (each with a private pool) will feature Banyan Tree Group’s first proprietary winery and is designed by renowned Mexican architect Michel Rojkind. Room rates will start at $499, with the most luxurious option being the Winemaker’s Villa.
The St. Regis Kanai Resort – scheduled opening: Q1 2023
Nestled in a 620-acre nature reserve on Mexico’s Yucatán Peninsula, The St. Regis Kanai Resort is enveloped by lush mangrove forests and crystal-clear waters. Inspired by the surrounding biodiversity and ecosystem, the design by Chapi Chapo Design incorporates local materials and textiles. The property will offer 124 guestrooms and 20 suites, all boasting breathtaking ocean views, a St. Regis Spa, swimming pools, and two 18-hole golf courses designed by José María Olazábal and Nick Faldo. Five dining options will be available, including a unique Cacao Bar and a Tequila and Mezcal room.
Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Cartagena – scheduled opening: 2023
Occupying several historic buildings dating back to the 16th century, the new Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences will feature 131 rooms and suites and 16 private residences. Located in the Getsemaní neighborhood in Cartagena, the hotel will preserve its historic facades and offer a rooftop pool, multiple dining outlets, and a grand 4,200 sq. ft. Royal Suite.
United States
Nobu Hotel Atlantic City – scheduled opening: Q1 2023
Situated in the revamped Caesars Atlantic City, Nobu Hotel Atlantic City aims to elevate the city as a premier travel destination on the East Coast. With a modern aesthetic inspired by Japanese design, guests can enjoy panoramic views of the ocean and Jersey Shore coastline in select accommodations, dining areas, and common spaces.
The Inn at Mattei’s Tavern, Auberge Resorts Collection – scheduled opening: February 2023
Located in the Santa Ynez Valley in Los Olivos, The Inn at Mattei’s Tavern reimagines its historical significance as a social hub in the Santa Ynez Valley. The inn will feature 67 luxury guest rooms and cottages blending modern farmhouse simplicity with the eclectic style of nearby ranch life. Amenities include an open-air restaurant, an outdoor pool with a poolside bar, cabanas, fire pits, a signature spa, and versatile indoor-outdoor event spaces.
JW Marriott Dallas Arts District – scheduled opening: Q2 2023
Reigning over downtown Dallas’ cultural arts scene, JW Marriott Dallas Arts District stands out as a chic 23-floor establishment. Boasting a Sky Lobby on the 11th floor, the hotel features spacious shared areas, three restaurants, meeting spaces, a fitness center, and a luxurious mid-air pool and deck with soaring 40-foot ceilings.
The Ritz-Carlton, Portland – scheduled opening: Q2 2023
The Ritz-Carlton, Portland, marking the brand’s debut in the Pacific Northwest, draws inspiration from the region’s natural beauty. The 15-floor property within a 35-story tower blends local materials and textures to infuse the indoors with a contemporary aesthetic. Offering sweeping city skyline views, 251 guestrooms, multiple dining options, and a pool overlooking the Cascade Mountain Range.
The St. Regis Chicago – scheduled opening: Q2 2023
Situated on 11 floors of the iconic 101-story St. Regis Tower in Chicago, The St. Regis Chicago offers unparalleled 360-degree views of the city and Lake Michigan. Designed by architect Jeanne Gang, the urban oasis features 191 guest rooms, exquisite dining venues curated by Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises, and a striking glass tower design.
Kona Village, A Rosewood Resort – scheduled opening: Summer 2023
Embracing the essence of the original Kona Village Resort, Kona Village, A Rosewood Resort spans 81 acres on the Big Island of Hawai‘i. Raffles Boston Back Bay Hotel & Residences– scheduled opening: Summer 2023
Marking Raffles’ inaugural mixed-use project in North America, Raffles Boston Back Bay Hotel & Residences will feature 147 guestrooms and 146 branded residences in a striking 35-story structure. A standout three-story sky lobby, an innovative Raffles Spa with a 20-meter indoor pool, and five distinct dining venues will establish this project as a hallmark of the Back Bay neighborhood.
The Ritz-Carlton Paradise Valley, The Palmeraie – scheduled opening: Q4 2023
Nestled in Scottsdale, The Ritz-Carlton Paradise Valley, The Palmeraie, sprawls across 20 acres of lush landscapes. Offering 215 guestrooms and suites, the resort boasts a grand 400-foot swimming pool, a lavish 14,000 sq. ft. spa, citrus groves, and secluded gardens, promising a luxurious escape. Corinthia New York – scheduled opening: Q4 2023
Set to be the first Corinthia property in North America, Corinthia New York is slated to open in Q4 2023.
