Land Rover has unveiled new models for the upcoming year, featuring the Defender V8 90 and 110.
- The latest models are equipped with a new 5-liter 518 horsepower V8 supercharged engine, making them the fastest and most powerful production Defenders ever created. The Defender 90 can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in just 4.9 seconds and achieve a top speed of 149 mph.
- Special editions in the lineup include the Defender V8 Carpathian Edition and Defender 110 XS Edition, providing customers with a range of trim levels and customization options.
- Enhanced interior features comprise a larger 11.4-inch touchscreen, which is over 60 percent bigger than the standard display.
- The 2022 Defender models will be available for purchase in the U.S. starting in the summer of 2021, with prices ranging from $47,700 for the Defender 90 and going up to $107,200 for the top-tier Defender 110 V8 Carpathian Edition.
