The Four Diamond Hilton Aventura Miami’s signature restaurant, Gala & Muse Bar, recently debuted a new menu with South American and Latin Fusion cuisine. Executive Chef Marcos Flores, who has cooked around the world, created dishes that exemplify a fusion of cultures, flavors, ingredients, and culinary ingenuity.
The chic restaurant offers delicious dishes served in a communal atmosphere where guests can relax, enjoy and even commiserate with one another. The venue features curated art displays by local artists and a warm, sophisticated interior design that adds to the dining experience.
Gala’s menu includes sharable dishes like Spanish Octopus with aji panca adobo, charred corn salad, crispy fingerling potatoes, saffron aioli, Woodland Mushroom Flatbreads with roasted mushrooms, goat cheese, caramelized onions, fig balsamic reduction, and micro cilantro, and popular Ceviche Mixto with red snappers, Florida shrimp, tomato-habanero broth, avocado, Florida citrus, tomatoes, chile dust, and crispy sweet potato.
The menu’s signature dishes are Crispy Skin Red Snapper with quinoa, smoked garden vegetables, lemon sauce, and crispy fennel and Beef Barbacoa Short Ribs with creamy polenta, roasted root vegetables, and crispy leeks.
The Muse Bar offers innovative drinks, including the bubbly Effervescence, Chocolate Coconut Old Fashioned, Chile-Rita, Spiked Kombucha, and Aperol Sour.
