UNBARRED BREWERY
UnBarred’s journey began in 2014 within the modest shed of founder and Head Brewer Jordan Mower. With a strong commitment to creating bold and innovative beers, their original flagship IPA garnered the esteemed Bev Robbins Award for Best Sussex Beer in its inaugural year. As popularity surged, they transitioned from the shed to gypsy brewing, enabling expansion of production, skill refinement, and collaborations with other remarkable breweries throughout their journey.
If you become a fan of their offerings, and you undoubtedly will, they offer a fantastic subscription service for monthly deliveries right to your door.
BLUNTROCK BREWERY
Founded in Rock, Cornwall, in 2021 by George Collins and Hugo Roads, Bluntrock emerged from a shared enthusiasm for high-quality, US-style pale ales and IPAs. Despite the rising popularity of these beers in the national craft beer landscape, they were hard to come by in North Cornwall.
The vision for Bluntrock took shape during a clifftop barbecue in late 2020, leading to the creation of a small brewery, taproom, and beer garden made from repurposed yellow shipping containers. This vibrant space quickly became a local hotspot for their passion for fresh and diverse beer styles. The community embraced Bluntrock enthusiastically, prompting a surge in demand for their pale ales, IPAs, and other contemporary brews. Their modest 150L brewing kit soon reached full capacity as they worked diligently to satisfy the taproom’s growing needs. Bluntrock’s story is a testament to passion, creativity, and commitment to delivering outstanding beer to their coastal community.
WILDE CHILD BREWERY
Wilde Child Brewing Co. was founded in 2010 by Keir McAllister-Wilde, who initially brewed beer at home with basic tools. His brewing passion evolved, leading him to embrace all-grain brewing and invest in more advanced equipment. Motivated by encouraging feedback from friends and family, Keir decided to take the leap into professional brewing. After gaining valuable experience at two of the region’s top breweries, he launched Wilde Child Brewing Co. in 2016, three years ahead of his initial timeline.
Starting operations in a one-barrel plant within a garage, the brewery expanded to a 10-barrel facility in a 2,000 sq ft unit within two years. By 2018, Wilde Child moved to its current location in Armley, Leeds, and since then, it has garnered numerous domestic and international accolades while supplying its beers to some of the best pubs, wholesalers, and supermarkets in the UK.
TRACK BREWING
Track Brewing Company was founded by Sam, whose two-year global cycling adventure took him across 35,000 miles through 25 countries. Inspired by the community spirit he experienced at various local breweries, Sam returned to the UK to refine his brewing craft. In 2014, he opened Track Brewing in a modest 2,000 sq ft arch located beneath Manchester’s Piccadilly Station.
After seven years of success, the brewery expanded to a spacious 12,000 sq ft warehouse at Piccadilly Trading Estate in May 2021. Today, Track Brewing continues to create beers that reflect the sense of adventure and community that inspired its founding.
POWDERKEG BREWERY
Powderkeg Brewery is run by a group of free-spirited beer lovers who approach brewing with a sense of curiosity and innovation, creating what they proudly call Free-Thinking Beer. But what does that entail? It means challenging established conventions to reshape styles and concoct something fresh, captivating, and invariably exceptional. Their Cut Loose Pilsner is a stellar example, revolutionizing the classic German style with a vibrant infusion of New Zealand hops, demonstrating how innovation can elevate a beer’s experience.
Passionate about inclusivity, Powderkeg ensures all their beers are gluten-free and vegan, making them widely accessible. Drawing from international craft beer movements as well as traditional European brewing methods, they focus on developing flavorful, easy-drinking session beers that appeal to both casual drinkers and craft beer enthusiasts alike.
BLACK LODGE BREWERY
Founded in late 2015, Black Lodge Brewing is an innovative, small-batch brewery situated in Liverpool’s lively Baltic Triangle. Conceived by a collective of passionate brewers, bar operators, and beer aficionados, the brewery thrives on experimentation, collaboration, and artistic expression. This spirit is reflected in both their unique venues and the exceptional beers they craft, each one inspired by the distinct environments and experiences that shape them.
In honor of their tenth anniversary in 2025, Black Lodge Brewing plans to release six limited-edition cans throughout the year, each designed to celebrate their story and the supportive community that has embraced them. Subscribers will receive a special six-pack of the highlighted beer along with exclusive merchandise each month, showcasing the brewery’s dedication to innovation and collaboration.
