At The Status Life, where we usually appreciate classic cars like Porsches and Ferraris, we couldn’t help but be captivated by this special 1992 Lancia Delta Futurista by Automobili AMOS. This exceptional vehicle, available for purchase through Collecting Cars, is a modern reinterpretation of the iconic Delta Integrale, meticulously redesigned and rebuilt by Automobili Amos.
This striking creation features an upgraded 2.0-liter turbocharged inline-four engine producing 330bhp, mated to a reinforced five-speed manual transmission with a rebuilt limited-slip differential. Being one of just 20 models ever made, owning this Delta Futurista puts you in an incredibly exclusive group.
With only one previous owner and a mere 2,614 kilometers (1,624 miles) on the odometer, this 1992 Lancia Delta Futurista is in impeccable condition. Custom-built by Automobili Amos on an original Lancia Delta chassis, the car showcases a wider hand-crafted aluminum body, carbon-fiber bonnet, wings, boot lid, spoiler, and rear bumper. The transformation to a three-door design shaved off 90 kilograms from the original weight.
Dressed in Grigio Lago Maggiore with Anthracite, Rosso Alfa Romeo, and carbon-fiber accents, the interior boasts Anthracite Alcantara finish with red contrast stitching, seat belts, and carbon-fiber trim inserts, amplifying its visual appeal. The car comes equipped with various features such as a multifunctional steering wheel, aluminum pedals, electric windows, air conditioning, Recaro sport seats, digital clock, LED headlights, integrated roll cage, and an ‘overboost’ button for added performance.
