Turco’s right-hand man in the kitchen is Sous Chef David Gutierriez, who boasts over 15 years of experience in prestigious resorts and Michelin-starred establishments.
Pastry Chef Zach Bryant spearheads the pastry department at the Four Seasons Nashville, crafting visually stunning desserts that delight guests. Bryant, whose passion for baking started at a young age, brings a creative touch to every sweet creation.
Bar Manager Michael Geffin heads the beverage program, ensuring a delightful selection of drinks across all hotel outlets. Geffin’s focus is on creating a welcoming atmosphere at Mimo, allowing guests to feel right at home with every visit.
