Each summer, culinary enthusiasts converge in Greater Palm Springs to relish the delectable offerings that the desert has to provide.
The 2025 Greater Palm Springs Restaurant Week is set to begin on May 30 and will last for ten days. Residents and tourists alike can enjoy remarkable dining experiences throughout the Coachella Valley. Special prix-fixe lunch menus are available starting at $15, $25, or $35, while dinner menus range from $29 to $59.
Several distinguished restaurants will present exclusive specials over the course of Restaurant Week. “Restaurant Week truly highlights our region’s exceptional hospitality and ever-evolving culinary landscape,” remarked Colleen Pace, Chief Sales & Marketing Officer at Visit Greater Palm Springs. “Year after year, our community unites to celebrate local flavors, gather around meals, and support our skilled culinary and hospitality professionals. Richard Blais’ Culinary Showcase at Kestrel Kitchen
Discover the latest venture by celebrity chef Richard Blais at Kestrel Kitchen, located at the Indian Wells Golf Resort. During Restaurant Week, diners can enjoy a multi-course dinner for $59 per person.
Kick off the meal with appetizers such as the Hearts of Palm Caesar salad, featuring romaine, kale, anchovies, sourdough croutons, and buttermilk Caesar dressing. Alternatively, consider the watermelon and tomato poke, accompanied by edamame, seaweed salad, toasted hazelnuts, and togarashi.
Main dishes include pan-roasted Chilean Sea Bass served in a ginger-spiced sauce with coconut rice, or a 10-ounce steak complemented with chimichurri butter and skinny fries.
An optional dish, the Moroccan Vegetable Tagine, is filled with chickpeas, zucchini, eggplant, and more—with the option to add chicken for extra protein.
Conclude your meal with a delightful carrot and date cake topped with pumpkin-spiced cream cheese.

State Fare Bar & Kitchen
Located in The Ritz-Carlton Rancho Mirage, this popular dining destination offers enchanting menu options enhanced by breathtaking views of the Palm Springs valley. The culinary offerings are led by award-winning French Chef Bruno Lopez. Chef Steven Roscoe has designed a two-course Restaurant Week lunch that consists of a starter and an entrée.
Start with crispy avocado fries served with Mama’s Lil’ pepper aioli and Morita honey dip, or opt for cilantro-jalapeno hummus paired with grilled pita.
Entrée selections feature sashimi-grade ahi tuna accompanied by fresh vegetables and creamy avocado puree, or a State Fare Prime Burger on a pretzel bun garnished with Hopscotch Cheddar Cheese and onion bacon jam.
At $42 per person, enjoy a scrumptious multi-course lunch.
Return for an exquisite three-course dinner at State Fare Bar + Kitchen. Begin with choices such as crispy shrimp with citrus cocktail sauce or heirloom tomato caprese salad enriched with Buffalo Mozzarella and basil caviar.
Main courses include Pacific Halibut drizzled with vanilla beurre blanc or a delectable roast chicken served with jasmine rice and pickled onions.
For dessert, indulge in a Triple Banana Sundae featuring bruleed bananas on a brownie topped with banana ice cream and salted chocolate-banana caramel. The dinner at State Fare is priced at $75 per person.

Famed chefs Susan Feniger and Mary Sue Milliken have crafted a distinctive dining experience at Alice B, located in the lobby of Living Out, a luxurious LGBTQ+ community.
Throughout Greater Palm Springs Restaurant Week, they will serve a multi-course dinner priced at $59 per person.
