This eco-conscious duo came across Raventos i Blanc in Penedès, Spain, renowned as one of the world’s oldest wineries specializing in sparkling wines. The Raventos family has been the proud owners of the winery since 1497 and is committed to promoting biological diversity and enhancing sustainability. This specific sparkling wine is characterized by its dryness, effervescence, and low sugar content with only 0.5 grams of sugar per glass.
Katherine Power stated, “Crafted using the traditional method, our Sparkling Wine offers exceptional quality for its value.”
