Aston Martin Residences Reveals a Fine Art Book Inspired by UNIQUE

G&G Business Developments, the developer collaborating with Aston Martin Lagonda for Aston Martin Residences in Miami, has introduced a stunning new art book inspired by the world’s first Aston Martin Triplex Penthouse, now known as “UNIQUE.”

Art is an integral part of the Aston Martin Residences in Miami. The recently released 80-page leather-bound Aston Martin book is being showcased before the permanent art gallery opening on the 52nd floor. The gallery was virtually launched in 2021 with British artist and renowned photographer Julian Lennon presenting an exclusive exhibit featuring selected images from his personal collection.

This exquisite coffee table book, measuring 20” x 20”, narrates the tale of the UNIQUE Triplex Penthouse at the peak of Aston Martin Residences through paintings, sculptures, music, and poetry. It showcases exclusive and original works from diverse global artists who share their opinions and interpretations of the luxurious development, including:

    • Peter McLennan & Gregg Emery with the theme “Creating a Masterpiece One Brushstroke at a Time”
    • Aaron Schwartz with the piece titled “A Kaleidoscope Point of View”
    • Fabio Mesa with his creation “The Dreamers”
    • Robi Walters with the work “You’ll Know When You Get There”
    • Michele Utley Voigt with the contribution “Aquasitions”

Sprinkled throughout the book are visualizations brought to life by artists who have infused their interpretations to craft new art pieces.

For instance, Fabio Mesa’s depiction of the triplex’s upper terrace and private pool is captured using his abstract artistic approach of oil and acrylic on canvas. The explosion of blue, white, yellow, and orange vividly portrays the majestic ocean view with the sun setting on the horizon.

In another section of the book, automotive photographer Rafael Delceggio captures the essence of the rare Aston Martin Vulcan that perfectly complements the triplex penthouse through a series of images showcasing the supercar’s unique design.

For G&G, beauty equates to visible music, and this extraordinary book includes a QR code linked to an exclusive original score performed by a ten-piece orchestra. The moving symphony draws inspiration from the views of the UNIQUE penthouse.

Germán Coto, CEO of G&G Business Developments, stated: “Art is intricately intertwined with the Aston Martin Residences. Our residents can immerse themselves in a dynamic canvas of contemporary artwork in the 52nd-floor gallery. The art book we have crafted features exclusive images. It serves as a lasting tribute inspired by the UNIQUE penthouse and is expected to be coveted by art enthusiasts.”

Limited to just 150 copies and crafted as an elaborate work of art itself, the hand-bound leather volume is poised to become a collector’s item. The final six pages are intentionally left blank, and the narrative of the first owner and their journey to making the UNIQUE triplex their home will be handwritten by a calligrapher before the book is completed.

This is evident in everything we design, from the most exquisite sports cars to the most luxurious residences, making it a delight to commemorate the UNIQUE penthouse with a new art book.”
