Bruce Canepa, a well-known figure in the world of Porsche customization, leads Canepa Motorsports and is recognized for his unmatched expertise with the Porsche 959 in North America. His close association with this iconic vehicle traces back to 1987 when he had the privilege of experiencing a Porsche 959 firsthand. Notably, prominent figures like Microsoft co-founders Paul Allen and Bill Gates acquired Porsche 959s through Canepa following their encounters with the car owned by Allen.
Originally one of the earliest 207 “Komfort” models, this 1988 Porsche 959 was initially adorned in Silver Metallic with standard grey leather interior before being delivered to Monte Carlo.
